I/we take this Rescue dog as it is with all defects, either observed or unobservable, and assume all risk for the dog from the date of this agreement. An attempt is made to offer for adoption those Basset Hounds that are very good physical condition and sound temperament. In addition, every effort is made to provide a Rescue dog which is compatible with the adoptor's home. However no warranty or guarantee is either given or intended to the physical condition or temperament of this adopted dog. We hope the people we head you in the direction of are honest and forthright with the overall description of the dog they are looking to place. We are not responsible for any misrepresentation of the dog being placed through adoption.
